Inclusive Pathways
The Inclusion Faculty will deliver and support a curriculum that ensures that the individual needs of all our students are met and that they are well supported to become confident, independent and successful learners.
We support the transition process for students from primary school with additional packages to ensure that students are confident in their movement to CFGS.
In Key Stage 3 we support students in developing their literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills through a variety of intervention programmes, in class support and mentoring to allow them the same access and opportunity to the full school curriculum.
In Key Stage 4 we build on the skills developed in KS3 to allow students to become independent learners and achieve qualifications that are suitable and relevant for them to be able to move on to the next stage of their education.
Enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities
Homework club every lunchtime in a room with 16 computers and printing facilities This is supported by Teaching Assistants for any student to come and complete homework, or get extra support with their homework.
